Chiquita Southerland, Founder and President
Chiquita Southerland is the President and CEO of Kingdom Learning Academy, where she leads the Curriculum and Accreditation Committee. With a deep passion for faith-based learning and early childhood development, Chiquita is dedicated to creating a curriculum that nurtures the spiritual, intellectual, and emotional growth of each child. Her commitment to discipleship and holistic education empowers both children and educators, ensuring that every aspect of development is addressed in a way that honors Christian values.

Brad Eck, Vice President and Secretary
Brad Eck is the Board Vice President and Secretary at Kingdom Learning Academy and leads the Marketing and Communications Committee. He is responsible for overseeing all technology-related initiatives, including the development and regulation of the Academy’s website and social media platforms. With a strong passion for leadership and accountability, Brad not only teaches these principles but also models them in his daily work. He is deeply committed to Kingdom Learning Academy’s core L.I.F.E. Framework, often speaking about the importance of living out these values every day. His "Get it done!" mentality drives him to ensure efficiency and excellence in all aspects of his role.

Kyara Ofuani, Esq., Treasurer
Kyara Ofuani, Esq., serves as the Treasurer for Kingdom Learning Academy, where she oversees the Development Committee. In this role, she leads strategic planning for fundraising and financial initiatives, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the organization. Kyara brings a wealth of experience in advocacy, grant writing, and community empowerment. Her commitment to educational equity and social justice aligns perfectly with KLA’s mission, and she is dedicated to securing the resources needed to foster transformative change in the lives of students and educators.

Tania Brown
Tania Brown is a board director at Kingdom Learning Academy and leads the Compliance and Governance Committee. She works with her team to create systems and establish policies for Early Childcare Programs while ensuring they reflect the mission and values of Kingdom Learning Academy. Tania also contributes to ensuring the quality of KLA's curriculum, meeting the needs of both the student and educator. She is passionate about providing proper training for teachers, and she is driven by a desire to ensure all children have a nurturing learning experience.
