Brad Eck, aka The Isms Guy, is a mentor and coach as well as an author and speaker specializing on the topic of principle-based empathetic accountability in the domains of people leadership, parenting, etc. With over 25 years in tech and nonprofit leadership roles, he brings to life his personal mission of investing in others to live better, love better, and be better. After raising three kids into productive societal members, Brad and his wife enjoy life together in the beautiful Myrtle Beach area.

Brad Eck is the Board Vice President and Secretary at Kingdom Learning Academy and leads the Marketing and Communications Committee. He is responsible for overseeing all technology-related initiatives, including the development and regulation of the Academy’s website and social media platforms. With a strong passion for leadership and accountability, Brad not only teaches these principles but also models them in his daily work. He is deeply committed to Kingdom Learning Academy’s core L.I.F.E. Framework, often speaking about the importance of living out these values every day. His "Get it done!" mentality drives him to ensure efficiency and excellence in all aspects of his role.
